Who am I?
My name is David Holvey, and White Coast Real Estate is my trading name. I’ve worked in one-to-one sales since 1987. My first job was with a successful family carpet business in Exeter and Devon. For 16 years I managed shops and looked after customers from the first conversation to measuring, pricing and arranging the work. Those years taught me that customer service has to be second to none, and I still work that way with every client.
My time in Spain
I arrived in Spain in 2003 and started selling property with Destination Sun Homes, so houses instead of carpets! To be honest, it’s much the same job. I just have a bigger showroom now.
About 18 months later I joined QSD Group in Quesada as a sales adviser. Working for a large, well-established company taught me to do things properly, and I saw both the good times and the property crash. When QSD closed in 2014, I went independent and worked with local resale agents, which gave me a real insight into the resale market here. Today White Coast Real Estate has my full attention.
Buying with me
When you buy with me, you deal with one person who gets to know what you like and what you don’t. I filter out the properties that aren’t right for you, so you don’t waste your time. If you’ve seen a property on another agent’s website, I can often arrange that viewing too, on the same day as the others. You won’t have to tell your story again and again to a different agent each time.
Selling with me
The same goes for sellers. You get my full attention, and I keep you updated from start to finish. I share your property with my network of around 400 agencies, but you only deal with one agent: me. Read more about selling with me →
