I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes on the southern Costa Blanca since 2003, from my office in Benijófar.
These guides cover the towns where most of my clients buy and sell. Each one explains where the town is, what it’s like to live there and what kind of property you’ll find, so you can work out which area suits you before you come out for viewings.
Town guides
- Ciudad Quesada: a popular, international town with its own golf course, a short drive from the beach.
- Rojales: a traditional Spanish town on the River Segura, with cave houses and an 18th-century bridge.
- Benijófar: a small, friendly Spanish village, and home to my office.
- Guardamar del Segura: a seaside town with long sandy beaches, dunes and a pine forest.
- Torrevieja: the biggest town in the area, famous for its pink salt lake and seafront.
- Orihuela Costa: beaches, coves and golf courses, including Villamartín and La Zenia.
I also cover the villages in between, such as Algorfa, Almoradí, Daya Nueva, Jacarilla and Callosa de Segura, and further afield when a client needs it.
